To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or our online contact form to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for packaging and sending the item(s) back to our warehouse. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.
  3. Ship the return package to the address provided—please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will initiate your refund within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued in USD (U.S. Dollars) to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider—credit card refunds may take 3–7 additional business days to appear on your statement, while PayPal refunds are usually processed immediately.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) at no cost to you.
